Richard Gage - President / Co-Founder
Rick Gage is CEO and founder of YourMLSsearch. He helped develop the first branded property searches on the Internet back in the late nineties with co-founder Alain Nisam. He is a Director of Carlson Companies, a travel and hospitality giant and owner of Radisson and TGI Friday's brands. Rick also works with several philanthropic and non-profit organizations including World Childhood, a foundation focusing on child exploitation and trafficking. He graduated from Augsburg College where he earned a Bachelors of Arts in English Literature and Art History.
Alain Nisam - COO / Co-Founder
Alain Nisam co-founded YourMLSSearch and is Chief Operations Officer. Alain uses his more than 12 years of experience in the real estate industry to provide technological and operational guidance, leadership and direction to the company. Over the years, Alain has been instrumental in developing innovative IDX and VOW solutions.
Alain has spent a total of 8 years living abroad in diverse cities including: Paris France, Brussels Belgium and London England. Alain is fluent in French and lived abroad for many years in Paris, Brussels and London. Alain is an accomplished classically trained guitarist and has written compositions performed by the University of Minnesota string orchestra and various other artists. He attended the University of Minnesota and earned his undergraduate degree in French.
Bonita Stepaniak - Account Relationship Manager
Bonita Stepaniak is an Account Relationship Manger for YourMLSsearch and has been with us since 2008. Before coming to YourMLSsearch, she worked as a Store Manager and Photographer for a national chain of camera stores where she received the prestigious award of Sales Associate of the Year in 2003.
Bonita’s strong people skills and sales experience has proven affective in assisting her clients in a professional and friendly manner. Bonita is very detailed oriented and organized which made her the perfect person to be in charge of managing our customers’ domain renewals.
Bonita is currently working towards a Small Business Management degree. In her free time she enjoys working on her photography and enhancing her photos using Photoshop.
Nicole Callow - Account Relationship Manager
Nicole Callow is an Account Relationship Manger for YourMLSsearch and has been with us since 2011. Nicole prides herself on creating a friendly and professional atmosphere for her clients. Nicole's attention to detail is outstanding and her understanding of the technical aspects of the products and service offerings are excellent.
Nicole is currently working towards a degree in Art History. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends, family and kittens.
Tim Rivard - Director of Promotions and Territory Management
Tim Rivard joined YourMLSsearch.com in 2010 after years of working in the music industry as a booking agent and concert promoter. Tim's main duties day-to-day at YourMLSsearch include marketing the various service offerings and helping to manage the continued innovation of both current and new products. Tim's experience in the music industry gained him extensive knowledge in social marketing, which helped pave to the way for an entirely new class of offerings for YourMLSsearch.
Most days Tim can be found planning new products and services or figuring out ways to improve current offerings.
David Siebert - Sales Associate
David Siebert joined YourMLSsearch.com in 2011 to expand the consulting department of our rapidly growing company. Dave’s prior experience in marketing and wireless sales give him an excellent background to provide technical solutions to help our customers grow their business.
David grew up in Edina, MN where he played ice hockey, football and baseball. After high school he went to Minnesota State University where he graduated with a degree in Mass Communications with a Speech minor. Dave enjoys playing fantasy football, shooting pool, playing hockey, time at the beach, golfing, playing X-Box, and strumming his acoustic guitar.
Megan Zucaro - Business Development
Megan Zucaro, Founder and President of MegaZee, Inc., is a remarkable individual. A Family woman first and always she and her husband, Zeke, have managed to crack the code on blending successful entrepreneurship and family life. From her beginnings as a Model and News Anchor to Entrepreneur, Author, Speaker and Mrs. Texas she has carved out a piece of the American Dream with sheer will, determination and vision. Her life and success is a true testament to the fact that anyone can change their stars… if they just believe.
Megan and her husband Zeke speak Nationally on Real Estate every month and Megan’s is a Realtor in CA and known as an Expert in the Real Estate Industry for Buying, Selling and Marketing Real Estate. She specializes in working with YourMLSsearch.com Clients in person in order to create the best marketing and business development scenarios for Real Estate offices and individual agents nationwide.
