While much of the project is still under wraps, what we have been told is that CondoWorks is focused solely on empowering the Property Management Industry with the most comprehensive analytical tools available today. As housing communities continue to flourish in the United States, these residential complexes have a wide assortment of needs, including real time connectivity to their residents regarding online dues payment, scheduling recreation, reporting, and accessing community policies. On the reverse side, Property Managers have distinct needs that cover a wide range of operating procedures, including cost analysis, insurance needs, and reserve studies. Can one website do it all? According to VREO Software VP James Dwiggins, who has overseen the entire project, the answer is: "Yes. Beta testing on the site is expected in late April with a set launch date of July 15th.
